One number, everywhere.

The fees desk, the parent's phone, the export and the reminder

A fee balance is never stored as a figure someone must remember to update. It is worked out again from the agreed fee and the receipts every time a screen is drawn.

That is why all four places above show the same amount, and why the argument at the counter, where a parent says they have paid and the office cannot prove it, stops.

Money owed, by name.

Billed, collected, outstanding and major dues

Every figure opens into the families behind it. Arrears older than thirty days are separated from this month's dues, and recovery against them is measured.

Today's payments lists every receipt with its cash, UPI or bank split. Reminders are queued per instalment, so a family is never messaged twice for the same due.

UDISE+, captured as you go.

A readiness dashboard instead of an October scramble

The questions sit on the admission form. A dashboard names every student and field standing between you and a valid file, and only real errors block the export.

Nine modules, one system.

Every record is scoped to your school, and every access is granted person by person.

Admissions & CRM

An enquiry pipeline with counsellor assignment and an activity log, turned into an enrolled student without re-typing.

Students & Guardians

One profile with identity, guardians, fees, attendance, results, documents and the ID card. Siblings share one family login.

Academics

Classes and sections, daily attendance, timetable, homework, exams, marks entry and printable report cards.

Finance & Fees

Live balances, receipts, today's payments, reminders, concessions and refunds, and the ledgers behind them.

UDISE+ Compliance

Questions asked at admission, a readiness dashboard, validation against the DCF and an Excel export.

Communication

WhatsApp, SMS, email and push from one audience picker, plus numbered circulars and a notice board.

HR & Payroll

Recruitment, joining and exit, salary structure, loss-of-pay and payslips.

Certificates

Transfer, Bonafide, Character, Fee and Migration certificates, each in its own numbered sequence.

Inventory

Asset registers by category with condition and location, and a record of what was bought and from whom.

A child's data, held properly.

Security is how the system is built, because it holds children's records.

Every query is limited to the school of whoever is signed in, staff see only the modules you grant them, and web sessions expire after twelve hours.

Aadhaar is encrypted

AES-256, shown only as the last four digits. Revealing one in full is a deliberate, audited action.

One school, walled off

Every record carries its school. Another school's record is simply not found.

Documents sit behind a login

Certificates and photos are served only after the session is checked again, never by a guessable link.

Nothing leaks

Photo location data is stripped on upload, and a privacy mode blurs figures on a shared desk.
