UDISE+ that is ready before you open the portal.
The annual return is, for most schools, a fortnight of spreadsheet work and a run of portal rejections. Foces Campus treats it as data you already hold.
Captured, not gathered.
Built from the official Data Capture Format for AY 2025–26
Every UDISE+ question is asked on the ordinary admission form, in the section it belongs to, so a child's name and date of birth are never typed twice. Nothing UDISE+ asks can block an admission: a family without an Aadhaar is still enrolled.
Each field carries the DCF paragraph it came from, so any rule can be checked against the published document.
Asked at admission
The questions and their conditional logic live on the admission and student forms, so nothing is collected a second time in October.
Errors and warnings
Only data that would be wrong in the file blocks the export. Legal but doubtful data warns. A missing Aadhaar is a warning, because the DCF says so.
Fix list by student
Every finding names the student, the field, the problem and the correction, with a link straight to the record.
More than a checklist.
What happens between the form and the file
Duplicate detection
A possible re-admission is caught before it is saved, on Aadhaar, APAAR, PEN, or name and date of birth. It names the match and never merges. Twins exist.
Template-driven export
Columns, order and headers come from a template, not hard-coded logic. When the DCF changes for a new year, the file changes with it.
An ordinary spreadsheet
The export opens in Excel, with identifiers kept as text so a phone number never loses its leading zero. Each export is logged with a checksum.
Aadhaar, held safely.
The most sensitive field, treated like it
The number is stored encrypted and shown only as its last four digits. Revealing one in full is a deliberate, recorded action. Generated workbooks are streamed to the administrator and never written to disk.
- AES-256 encryptionThe only stored copy of the number is encrypted.
- Duplicate checks without decryptingA keyed hash finds matches across the whole school.
- Never in a URL, a log or an errorAadhaar and APAAR stay out of every place a leak could start.
- Audited click-to-revealSeeing a full number leaves a record.
